Platform Charge and Transaction Handling

Platform Charge: 

Photoshoot charges a platform fee of 12% on the overall revenue earned by photographers, editors, and creators through our Site. This fee supports the maintenance and development of our platform, allowing us to offer services and facilitate connections within our community.

Transaction Handling & Role as an Intermediary: 

We act as an intermediary for transactions between clients and photographers, editors, or creators. All payments from clients to service providers are processed through us.

Payment Processing: 

We manage and oversee financial transactions to ensure that payments are accurately routed to the appropriate service providers. While we facilitate the transaction process, we do not handle disputes or refund requests directly. Clients and service providers must resolve any financial issues or refunds directly with each other.

Refund Policy and Liability:

Refunds: Photoshoot is not responsible for processing refunds or managing disputes between clients and service providers. Refunds and dispute resolutions must be addressed directly with the photographer, editor, or creator involved in the service.

Liability: We are not liable for any claims or disputes related to the services provided by photographers, editors, or creators. Our role is limited to providing a platform for connections and transactions, and we do not guarantee the outcomes of services or handle related financial matters.

Role of Photoshoot:

Intermediary Role: Photoshoot serves as a platform to connect clients with photographers, editors, and creators. We facilitate the booking process and manage the transactions, but we do not participate in the actual service delivery or agreements between parties.

Service Facilitation: We provide tools and support to help users and service providers interact and transact. However, we are not a party to the service agreements and do not control or manage the services rendered by the photographers, editors, or creators.

Confidentiality of Information:

Data Use: Personal information collected from clients and service providers is used solely for facilitating the requested services and managing interactions on our Site.

Information Protection: We ensure that all personal data, including contact details and payment information, is kept confidential and secure. This information is not disclosed to third parties except as necessary for service provision or as required by law.
